Welcome to Nurobouncetral. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Guest", "you") and Nurobouncetral ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully — they set out the rules that apply when you visit our website, make a reservation, or stay at our property in Rovaniemi, Finland.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Nurobouncetral.tattoo and all services, facilities, and entertainment offered on our premises. By accessing the website, completing a booking, or staying with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or industry practice. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Nurobouncetral. When you book a room, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including full legal name, valid contact details, and payment information.

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or national identity card) is required at check-in for all guests.
• The guest named on the reservation must be present at check-in.
• Minimum age for booking a room is 18 years.
• Special requests (room location, bed type, early check-in) are noted on a best-effort basis and not guaranteed.
• Group bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to separate group terms and a deposit.

3. Check-in, Check-out & Stay

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out may be requested at the reception and is subject to availability and additional charges. Failure to vacate the room by the agreed time may result in an extra night being charged.

Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00 to respect the comfort of all guests. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or activities that interfere with other guests may result in a warning or removal from the property without refund.

4. Payment, Pricing & Taxes

Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable Finnish VAT unless otherwise stated. A pre-authorisation may be placed on your card at check-in to cover incidental charges. Final settlement is due upon check-out.

• We accept major credit and debit cards, cash (EUR), and selected mobile payment systems.
• City tourism levies, where applicable, are added to the room rate.
• Prices may vary by season, demand, and room type. Promotional rates may carry additional restrictions.

5. Entertainment & Casino Services

Nurobouncetral does not offer real-money gambling. All casino games, slot machines, and table experiences on our premises are provided strictly for entertainment, social, and hospitality purposes. No prizes of monetary value are awarded as winnings.

• Access to gaming areas is restricted to guests aged 18 or above.
• Identification may be requested at any time inside gaming zones.
• Our staff reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual deemed under the influence of alcohol or substances, or behaving inappropriately.
• Photography and video recording inside gaming areas are not permitted without prior written consent.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation if made more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
• Late cancellation (within 48 hours of arrival) incurs a charge equal to the first night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full first night and the remainder of the reservation may be released.
• Non-refundable promotional rates cannot be cancelled or modified once booked.

7. House Rules & Conduct

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, all guests are expected to:

• Treat staff and fellow guests with courtesy and respect.
• Refrain from smoking inside any indoor area; designated outdoor smoking zones are provided. A cleaning fee of €250 applies for in-room smoking.
• Keep pets out of the property unless staying in a designated pet-friendly room (advance notice required).
• Not exceed the maximum number of registered occupants per room.
• Comply with safety, fire, and emergency instructions at all times.

8. Liability & Damage

Guests are responsible for personal belongings throughout their stay. In-room safes are provided and we recommend storing valuables there. Nurobouncetral is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged outside provided safes, except where caused by our gross negligence.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, fixtures, or property caused by themselves or their visitors. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest's payment method.

9. Force Majeure

Nurobouncetral shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, public health emergencies, governmental restrictions, or acts of war and terrorism.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Nurobouncetral.tattoo — including text, images, logos, design elements, and software — is the property of Nurobouncetral or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Automated scraping, unauthorised access attempts, and any activity that violates Finnish or EU law are strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your stay shall first be addressed amicably with our management. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of Lapland (Lapin käräjäoikeus). Consumers may also refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
